Is it getting even worse? Before my pimp limp, my physical would earn respect from 99%. A lot of people act like they are entitled to anything and fuck you ill video you, ill yell and when you yell back your a bully because of your physical size. I noticed even on job interviews phhysical is the first thing people notice, then if you can speak, all the better. I look everyone in the eyes and I used to notice as we spoke they would look at my arms. I always notice someone who has calves, a big dick, (LOL)-im back 
. Or is muscular, men and women. I just see people walking and talking like they own the world… On that note… You guys over 45 and have good test ranges, notice a little thicker ladies now. I used to llike the just hit a 1/2 g of heroin look. But now…

I just went from thick as can be to tiny as fuck. I’ve always liked smaller women. Now I know my stuff ze helps in certain situations but I also know the way interview does me even better. Most important thing I find is just cuase they are hiring and they will be above you on pay scale does t l make them better. I talk to people like they are peers no matter what lever they are. And I feel when you do that people notice that you are what they need in that company a person. I think it’s why they don’t want me to leave current company and want me to move up. I’m the same with the bosses as I am with my fellow employees. It’s all about being relatable
It’s funny when they do it repeatedly. It’s like they can’t help themselves for looking down real quick and looking right back up in that split second trying to hide it and shit… Works payingg off if you get noticed like that…
