What pre-workouts and what music we listen to while lifting

So as the title states,I’m curious as to what everyone’s preferences are…I’m doin Bis today,standing curls on my .machine,barbell curls and hammer curls are on the agenda.i like most PWOS that are actual compounds, usually Inject versions, tren base, nandro base,dbol, adrol,mtren,etc, also I enjoy some of @SRx mixes, right now I just pinned half ML of his kong sauce, so,25mg TNE,25MG NANDRO BASE,25MG ANADROL 5MG M1T, some guys use powdered shit,some guys just use caffeine,me I like real stuff…I will have a mix on of old metallica,5 Finger,Hatebreed,Lamb of God, Slipknot,I like lots of music,but when lifting its strictly hard shit.

Pwo. Just Cialis and Coffee. Music is primarily Slayer, Pantera and Biohazard.

I like just caffeine for PWO, coffee or something along those lines… as far as music, anything except ghetto shit. I try to stay as un inspired in my training as possible, that way come meet day when it’s time to let loose, I can. I’ve moved some of my biggest numbers training listening to Frank Sinatra, Tiny Tim, Garth Brooks, Etta James… nothing hard and no physical violence until meet day!

Right now juat citrulline malate 10g and 2g agmatine sulfate with 1g tyrosine. No stims just going for pump. Let the body heal. I have been doing 30min cardio the last 5 days, and lowered calories to 3300. I will see you i feel/look in a couple weeks. Trying to do 30min cardio 5-7x weekly.

Just took 200 mg of caffeine cause I napped and need to wake up don’t work till 11 taking a break from all pwo minus tne so if I inject anything this week it will be that

1g of Tyrosine–I from time to time have done 500mg ED, but I rarely seem to feel it anymore. At 1g as PWO, do you really feel it?
