6 eggs scrambled and smothered in cheese, 1 large potato sliced up and fried, and 4 slices of bacon. Pull day.

Having a protein shake now. I got off work this morning, slept for a few hours and have been up and running. Did train back and biceps just now. Top round and rice in a bit but so far away behind on calorie intake

Ended up pulling cuz I’m lazy

Just ate two breakfast bowls 48 protein anf 720 calories. Need to cook chicken when I get home this. So looking forward to settling in to actual schedule
