September 18th edition of diets and training

Hello to everyone.No work today, rained all night.No gym either,but my goal today is to go register at a small gym,it’s got 35 a month,open 24/7,and unlimited guest privileges so my bro in law can go for free with me,and it’s literally a stones throw away from my place.Didnt even know it was there.I have my cycle ready(test n proviron n a little SUPERDROL here n there) Definitely have to tighten my diet up,cut out some carbs,and more veggies,less sugary shit.
Today I am grateful for everyones participation on this morning thread.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

Bout to make a New York strip for lunch then go to work a little late I can’t walk well anyways so they aren’t going to kiss me for an hour. Seems tren is gone as I slept in 3 hour increments last night
