Two eggs, Jaipur vegetables, 8 0z sirloin; 45 min later I had a shake. That was post workout of chest/tris high enough intensity to almost throw up.
Just had one can a tuna with mayo,pepper,celery on wheat topped with mozz cheese in toaster oven.we have a kitchen on the unit so I can make whatever.
And a protein shake

Wifey made homemade chicken noodle soup. It was delicious.
We’ve both been a bit under the weather so maybe that’ll help.
