Working with a lean platform is good. Of course you and I have the same hatred for the amount of food we have to shove into our mouths after doing it for a prolonged period of time. Some days I hate food so much, I can’t even break 2,500kcal.
Speaking of calorific intake big ramys coach said he does 4500-5k in off-season and my thought it must be nice to not doing anything but lift so you don’t have to eat as much. I’m currently around 5 myself changing jobs cut about 1000 cals out of burning a day
No I burn 1000 less a day now I was eating 6000 for maintaining now arohnf 5000. I would walk around 7 miles at work now it’s about 4 and there is more sitting than I used to do
