May 7th installment of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all Breakfast a plain bagel,5 HB eggs no yolks, casein shake, cranberry juice.Went to gym earlier did pecs.im not sure about lunch and dinners.Today I am grateful for the nice weather and the time I’m spending in it.Hope everyone has a good day.

Had French toast and egg whites for breakfast. Chicken salad sandwich for lunch. Probably a yogurt and a protein shake later. Thinking of making pork loin burritos later. Hope everyone has the opportunity to take advantage of this nice weather.

1/2 cup of oatmeal with cinnamon
