May 3rd edition of diets and bodybuilding

Good afternoon all.About to hit the the VA gym,I use the rope for my forearms,get me warmed up, then do a bunch back and forth from the rope then my traps.Ate like shit all,not enough cals either.I will try to make up for it with dinner 1 and dinner 2.Today I am thankful for a motivated daughter that is a scholar and a athletes.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

I’m back at work for another long day I’m thankful I’m learning more patience than the past and understand not so hard work is physical and I need incorporate those traits in other parts of my life. And try and teach the lady this as well

So far so good. It was extremely painful Tuesday, I have no idea why. Still waiting for the rest of my left side to etch back up. Pec is fine but bicep, delt, lat are lagging.

Unfortunately that injury will help you predict the weather for the rest of your life.

You got a built in barometer…it’ll start aching when the barometer starts dropping.
