May 26th edition of diets and training

Good morning all.Slept like shit,also fuck this place and it’s double standards.No gym today.Working til 1400. Breakfast was a plain bagel,can a tuna, banana and cranberry juice.Lunch will be at the chow hall and for dinner I think I’m gonna order Italian,and for that I will be grateful.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

Had biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, and sausage for breakfast. Snack was chocolate chip pancakes that was way too sweet. Felt nauseous by the time i finished the last one. Lunch is Tuna and Ritz. Legs tonight.

Just had spynx chicken biscuit will start hydrating shower haircut then leg day. If I’m feeling good I’ll go for it if not I’ll do light deload onnsquats and then higher reps deeper reps on leg press and heavy on rdls

I’ll be doing similar. I’ve been going easy squatting. I was squatting 325 about 2 weeks back and my knee started to burn pretty good. So I’ve been doing 6-8 sets of leg press.

I can tell it’s cns fatigue when my squat or dead’s suck but when I do meovemtnts that don’t involve multiple
Muscles or you don’t have to brace and support myslef are strong. Like leg press good cuaae yiur sitting there so it’s just legs doing their thing but I fail a few reps short
