May 24th installment of diets and training

Good morning all. I got drunk last night,not hammered,but better then a buzz.havent drank in awhile,it felt good.Breakfast was 4 HB eggs no yolk,1 plain bagel, banana,casein shake,water.Eating lunch at the chow hall. Working til 1400.Fuck the gym today.Gonna roll a joint and take a hike later,and for that I am grateful.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

Already back at work for lunch about hoshin meetings. We got big guy from Europe in for it so firehouse subs

No training today. Breakfast was 6 fried eggs and half a pack of bacon. Cookies and Cream mass gainer shake with scoop of peanut butter and frozen banana. Meat lover’s large pizza for lunch.
