May 19th edition of diets and training

Good afternoon all.breakfast was 4 HB eggs no yolk,1 plain bagel,1 oikos, banana, cranberry juice.Working til 2,then maybe gym,maybe not.chow hall for lunch not sure about dinner.Today I am grateful for my daughter’s laugh.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

Just got done with my doc apt and baby girls physical. We’re both going to make it.

No training today.

Drizzling rain all day. I’m very certain there’s a nap in my very near future.
