March 18th edition of diets and training

Good afternoon all.breakfast was 4 HB eggs no yolk,1bagel plain, banana, cranberry juice.Lunch was protein shake,turkey,provolone,lett, tomato,light mayo mixed with balsamic vinegar,1 lb slice of carrot cake,fuckin loaded with cream cheese icing. Like yesterday I’m not not sure what dinner will be.No gym til Monday.Today I am grateful for my daughter’s laugh,and the opportunity to bond with her…she is my purpose in life.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

I fucked up and ate a donut for breakfast. Messed my stomach up pretty bad. Probably more sugar in that then I take in all week.

Had a 25 pound plate sitting on its edge and it fell over on my foot yesterday while training. It hurt but not terrible. It woke me up early this morning and has been killing me on and off all day.

No bruising and I can walk without pain but it throbs bad on and off.

Heading to doc if it doesn’t clear up in a day or so.

Dropped a 25 plate on my big toe when I was a kid.
Damn thing ain’t never been quite right.
