March 17th issue of diets and bodybuilding

Good afternoon all.Breakfast was 2 plain bagels,5 HB eggs, banana, cranberry juice,25mg winny suspension.Lunch was turkey/Provolone/lett, tomato,(DAM IM GONNA MISS MY GARDEN) light mayo.1lb slice of carrot cake,(yes I weighed it,it was actually a cunt hair above a lb)
I did arms at the gym.Not sure what dinner is.I really can’t wait to feel the effects of steroids on myself,more motivation,more energy in general etc etc.
Hope everyone had a good, productive day.I appreciate everyones input on this thread,and for the support

Breakfast was 3 pancakes with mass gainer added, 2 scrambled eggs, kiwi, and strawberries. Had a quart of chocolate milk for a snack. Lunch was a rotisserie chicken and Dew. Whey shake. Another rotisserie chicken with corn and peas for supper. Legs hypertrophy night.
