June 6th edition of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all.Breakfast was 1 package of cherry frosted pop tarts,5 HB eggs no yolk, banana,coffee and water.Workin til 1400,then gonna swim some laps at the YMCA.lunch will be the slopshit from the chow hall.Today I am grateful for knowledge I’ve gained from this forum and it’s members.Hope has a smooth and productive day.

Just finished some back and traps. Food was just toast and egg whites. Protein shake and a banana. Later will be chicken sausage and pasta, steak on salad, oatmeal and more egg whites and probably a yogurt.

Got a push day had cereal will eat some shorty food the. Chciken and rice. Saw a video of pl Pete rubish ego referred to diet as 50:50 clean and dirty and that’s me

Fasted till just now. Was having some GI issues so gave it a rest for a day.
