January 24th installment of diets and training

Good morning all.Breakfast was blended vanilla protein shake with strawberrys, oatmeal,2 raw eggs,1 plain bagel.Not sure about gym today.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

Not sure bout training yet. It’s been kinda dreary and I’m just being a bit lazy.

Same food as yesterday. Probably no training. I found a tarp while snow blowing a path in my back yard. If I can cut it quickly I’ll do some legs.

Cereal chciken rice no training thinking of leaving work early got to be on road by 7 tomorrow so packing now
