January 20th edition of diets and training

Good morning all.Breakfast was a protein shake blended with strawberrys,oatmeal,2 raw eggs and a plain bagel.Gonna do chest today.I am grateful my family’s constant support.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

Breakfast was 4 scrambled eggs, 2 pieces of sausage, and 2 cups of fried potatoes with a Mountain Dew. Second Breakfast was 2 sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits with a chocolate milk. Lunch is 2 chicken breast and 2 Hawaiian sweet rolls. Legs tonight. Today I’m thankful for thick legs and big bootys.
