This was from my pump day workout last week before heading to the airport. I did chest, shoulders and triceps. My pump day workouts are customized to focus on bringing certain areas up. I’m using meadows #aeres training program then the guy that trained under john in business for years does my pump days. So it’s 3 days of aeres followed by 3 days of “pump” workouts. If anyone has done a Mountian dog pull, push, leg program you know “pump” days aren’t just an easy day to relax you still push it hard. Here is the aftermath of said workout.

Judging is so subjective…
I would say well atleast we don’t have that issue in pl then I remember depth or lockouts and what not being good for some and not others
