February 4 edition of diets and training

Good morning all.Breakfast was 4 HB eggs no yolk,1 plain bagel, protein shake,grapes, cranberry juice.Gonna do legs today.i took over a week off.I am grateful for the great outdoors,it’s a cozy 8° out not counting the wind so we will just say a brisk 0°…I’m wishing @Dirtnasty the best today.

Slept in all the way to 5:30… not sure about training yet.

No training today. Worked outside last night and it kicked the crap out of me. Slept all damn day. Food is chicken Tikka masala and rice. Top round and broccoli. Yogurt and cottage cheese. Bagel with 2 eggs. Protein shake.
