February 1 installment of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all. Breakfast was protein shake, cinnamon raisin bagel, banana, cranberry juice and coffee.Havent been to gym all week.Today I am grateful for the snow and cold weather.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

Did a quick back workout today. So far I’ve had a banana, some strawberries and an apple. Protein shake. French toast. Probably eating a couple of eggs on a bagel soon. So far not to bad weather wise here but this weekend is going to be brutally cold

Samo grub as usual

Rainy drizzle cooler and just plain nasty out here.

No training today or yesterday. Feeling a bit beat up and taking some time off.
