Well starting log for accountability. I’ll be honest I’ve lost my care for this right now. I’m on .15ml of test 400 Ed. Already starting to think of what next cycle could be. Maybe a high test mast dhb run and see if I can drop some fat while maintaining or adding some strength. Big change to lifting is I’m going from healed shoes to trying to just do minimalist. I started to feel with higher weights I didn’t feel as stable in heeled shoes now if I can’t hit depth I’ll give the tyr wide toe box lifters. And go from there

I think I’ll more drive I seem to be able to hit depth with out weight inhad about the lowest of healed lifters. The tyr with wide toe box are more geared to weightlifters so they have a real high heal.

I wanted to like the heeled lifters, ze lort knows I bought enough of them to give it a go… but I always felt better in flat bottom wide toe as you said.
My weight cap so I have to lose weight if I want to add muscles to help lift more weight

No just off-season strength. I don’t really need a hypertrophy program anymore I’ve maxed size out

Gym and door is locked which means no worker on duty. I wouldn’t care except that means I can’t get squat bar out. So my first squat session since bakc was high bar good news it looks like I’m hitting depth even high bar.

Felt strong but more importantly I feel mentally better after being out and having a good time

It’s supposed to look easy those are weights that should get around ten reps with.
So I maybe trying a high hgh run this off-season slowly work up to 8-10 ius a day and just what it does to my body. The sponsor I use is running 50% off so I stocked up got some test ment mast tren dhb and halo for self. And some more semiglutide for dad.
