Who here trains calves and gets frustrated weeks later with no visible improvements? I know I have or I see a little bit and I quit lol. Well for the last few years i train them 3 times a week and make them hurt bad. It sucks and I hate/love it but it works. I use to have super skinny non existent calves. Now they are ok. I want them a lot bigger I still think they are small.
