April 6 edition of diets and training

Good morning all.Breakfast was casein shake,2 plain bagels, banana, strawberries, cranberry juice.Did back at gym this morning.Lunch will be 5 HB eggs no yolk,2 turkey provolone lettuce tomato on whole wheat bread,carrot cake and milk.Not sure about dinner 1 and 2.Today I am grateful my freedom and the opportunity to exercise my rights.

Breakfast was fried chicken haha the weight loss diet hasn’t been the best so far

I may have to lower mine I’m retaining so much water on this doxycycline. I’m goin to give it a full month to see if body adapts if not I’ll let dr know it’s not for me

My dinner the first and second will be,
A big Mac meal.med.with bottled water and
A ten pc nugget meal.med.bottled water.
About 2 grams of calories,or 2000mg for you slow motherfuckers
