April 4th edition of diets and bodybuilding

Good afternoon all.Breakfast was 2 sausage egg cheese hot sauce on a bagel, banana, grapes,casein shake.Lunch was 2 chic breasts over a garbage salad (little bit of everything in my salad is a garbage salad) 4 HB eggs no yolk.Just had 2 cans of tuna plain.Dinner will be what slopshit the chow hall serves. Not goin to gym till 1900. Today I am grateful for the nice weather,and all the pussy I get to stare at in the local YMCA.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

Working outside after work.

Im still sick right now. Got back from cardiologist and no training for 2 weeks for me while on a different med. I’ll take the time to get normal food in for awhile. and some off time.
