April 30th installment of diets and bodybuilding

Good afternoon all.breakfast was 1 bagel,5 HB no yolk,casein shake, banana, cranberry juice.Lunnch was baked chicken,a salad,stuffing,water.did a lite leg workout at the YMCA today,and flipped the tire for a bit.Hope everyone has a good Sunday

No gym today but tomorrow is Leg day.

Didn’t do nuttin today. Rained most of the day. Took a nap and it’s sunny and clear out. Tooo late to start anything. Supposed to rain again in an hour.

No training today either. Tying up loose ends. Having back surgery tomorrow. At work now trying to cram all my meals in before midnight lol

Downed a whey shake on my way into the office before grabbing this from the cafeteria :+1:. Scrambled eggs, spinach quiche, sausage links

Today is going to be a chest, shoulders, and triceps day. Hoping to get that in fairly soon after lunch.

Uhhh @Shock6050 where’s the rest of it…

Ha yeah was a bit of a smaller portion. Resulted in me eating a double lunch. Just have a pic of the turkey capri sandwich w/ watermelon, but also added a buffalo chicken wrap and cottage cheese.

Just got home to finish the rest of the day remote, though I’ve been at it since around 5am. Time to head into the Iron Moose to sling some steel!
