April 22nd edition of diets and training

Good afternoon all.its been a long and arduous few days.
Breakfast was 1 plain bagel, banana,casein shake,water.
No gym today.Lunch will be whatever slopshit the chow is serving.Hope everyone has a good weekend.

I had a plate of eggs for breakfast. a little spaghetti later. 4 sugar free energy drinks so far lol. Long day and outside most of it. Not sure what training today. It’ll be what i feel like when I get there.

About 75-80. Sunny. Mainly why Ive spent most the time outside. As soon my daughter woke up she wanted to go to the playground, then lake, then playground. Came back to go to store for food and toys. ate lunch and back to lake and then playground. took her for ice cream, playground some more lol. back home for now.

Shes like a personal trainer lol. Run faster daddy. Faster lol. Even if Im out running her lol. But anywhere i go she wants to go with me. take out trash, convenience store. Anywhere. she runs and tells me shes going with me. today i had to make an extra trash run to take recycles out. and that means she has to dump one by one all the plastic bottles into the dumpster. so she picks up one and i have to lift her over to throw it in. then back down to get another and repeat until its all thrown out.

Ive been thinking of just taking her out for a run in the mornings for cardio now its summer coming. try to tire her out early lol. Shes determined with everything. Even if exhausted she wont quit.

4 fried eggs with cheese, 2 pancakes with mass gainer added, and cup of fried potatoes for breakfast. Had cinnamon toast crunch for a snack. Hibachi chicken and rice for lunch. Chest, Biceps, and Triceps later.

In the office today so get to take advantage of the cafeteria. Naked chicken Parmesan, tortellini, and Italian style green beans for lunch. Not bad for 3 bucks!

Didn’t see a more current diets and training thread so plopped it in here.
