The amount of PSA may be higher in men who have prostate cancer, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), or infection or inflammation of the prostate. Also called prostate-specific antigen test.

I’ve had a friend die from prostrate cancer and several go through treatments and operations.
The operation is extremely brutal akin to getting gutted down there.

Previous to robotic prostatectomy, have your prostate removed was a guarantee to never have an erection again. All the nerves just got obliterated.
I have a very good friend sporting a pump because of that.
We have old creepy men inflate their pump for female nurses all the time… as soon as they see it… they call me… and I was in and say hey sir, I see your penis pump is inflated. Is the valve in your scrotum? Yes? Okay. I’m gonna deflate that now.
Ohhhhh NOW you know how it works? That’s so crazy.
Those pumps aren’t cheap. I’m remembering them being north of 10k.
